PAYMENT:
Credit Cards used online will be charged in its US Dollar (USD) or Philippine Peso (PHP) equivalent. Currency conversion may result to differences between the amount you pay and the amount that will be charged to your account.
It is necessary that the cardholder is part of the traveling party. You may purchase a ticket for your relatives and friends.
E-TICKET / BOOKING CONFIRMATION:
You will receive your e-ticket via e-mail. Please have it printed and bring it together with your valid Photo I.D. or passport and the original or photocopy of the credit card used online when boarding the ship.
BOOKING CANCELLATION:
Cancellation is not applicable online or via e-mail. If you wish to make changes to your bookings, visit or call 7107 Islands Management, Inc. at 632 752-8255 or 56 at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure of the ship. Penalties will be applied depending on the conditions attached to the fare.
REFUNDS:
Unused tickets may be refunded only if we have received notice of such cancellation 48 hours before the scheduled departure. Please visit or call 7107 Islands Management, Inc. at 632 752-8255 or 56. Penalties will be applied depending on conditions attached to the fare.
CRUISE SCHEDULE CHANGES:
Any changes to the cruise schedule will be communicated to you via e-mail or by phone.
DISCLAIMER:
7107 Islands Cruise reserves the right to refuse you or your baggage if, in the exercise of reasonable discretion, we determine that the payment of your ticket has been done fraudulently or unlawfully.
To avoid inconvenience, kindly bring with you the credit card used for booking for presentation at the check-in counter. If the credit card owner is not part of the traveling party and is unable to present the credit card, a clear photocopy (with owner's signature) of the front and a valid Photo I.D. of the credit card owner shall be required from the passengers at the check-in counter.
